neither the time nor the desire to become involved in maintaining rental property or their vacation homes.

Basic Monthly Service - Vacation Homes and Rental Properties

A monthly inspection of the exterior of the house re: doors and windows checked for security

front and back yard will be checked for cleanliness and appearance , entry way, patios swept clean

Visual inspection of foundation and interior checked for termite tracks

Inside – water, heat and air conditioning checked

Kitchen appliances checked

Water supply to toilets , tubs and washer – turned on or off as per your schedule

Exterior water and electric turned on or off as per your schedule

The owner will be notified of any repair work required – A written estimate will be supplied to

the owner for his approval prior to commencement of repair work

No work shall be performed without Owner’s written consent

Note : Electric, Gas and Water turned off at main is Customers responsibility.

Rates $45/month $500 / year

We will arrange at your request for all necessary property services such as gardening, cleaning, pool service and repairs.

A solid relationship with qualified vendors who are licensed independent contractors assures us of qualified, prompt, and economical service
